Share the Love - Spread the PB&Joy!
The Edwards Street Fellowship Center is located at 1919 Edwards Street in Hattiesburg. Its efforts center on a commitment to strengthen families/individuals and meeting the special needs in the community. That community has spread from their immediate location on Edwards Street out to Covington, Forrest, Jasper, Jeff Davis, Jones, Lamar, and Wayne counties. Edwards Street Fellowship Center serves through its Food Pantry, Fellowship Health Clinic, Thrift Store, Pet Food Bank, and special events and programs.
The Food Pantry is a lifeline for the community, providing supplemental emergency food to 2,000 households, which represents more than 6,000 individuals every month — that’s around 4,000 bags of groceries! As summer approaches and school-aged kids spend more time at home, the Pantry is kicking off its annual push for peanut butter and jelly.
Why PB&J? Because it’s kid‑friendly, nutritious, easy to store, and a simple way to make sure no child goes hungry when school meals aren’t available. But including PB&J in every single bag, every single month, adds up fast.
Let’s spread the joy — literally — by donating peanut butter and jelly to help Edwards Street share love, comfort, and full stomachs with children and families across the community.
One jar can make a big difference. Let’s do this together!
